What are the return conditions?

The following conditions are to be kept in mind at the time of returning a product:

1. The product delivered is not as expected or advertised.

2. The product delivered is of the wrong size/specification/color.

You can return/exchange it within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returned products shall meet our conditions (i.e. Items shall be in the same condition with complete packaging. Product tags should be intact. 

We will not refund the initial shipping costs or the return shipping costs.

Also there will be no returns & exchanges during special promotion and sale period.
